TELL ME ABOUT YOUR HEARTS OF HOPE
Our Hearts of Hope are not mass produced. They are hand crafted with a lot of love and care in our Sydney studio. The artworks that lie under the glass dome have all been hand painted by me and reflect my signature abstract, organic and textural style. I've been told they look like the rugs I design but mini versions! The hearts can be worn as a pendant, used as a key ring or attached to clothes or a bag with a safety pin. Many people also just keep them close as a reminder that someone loves and cares for them.
The hearts are attached with a safety pin to a beautiful card with a heartwarming message. We currently have several different messages. Each card has space at the back for you to write your own personal message as well if you wish to. Each card is then placed in a cellophane bag, wrapped and shipped off to you with love and thanks for spreading kindness!

Apart from one of our components, our Hearts of Hope and cards are created, printed, assembled and packed right here in Australia.
HOW ARE YOU GIVING BACK?
Giving back lies at the core of everything we do here at Art of Hope and it is our goal to give back in as many ways as we can. The more Hearts of Hope we sell the more Hearts of Hope we can make, mail out and give back to the community. To date we have donated over 20,000 Hearts of Hope to brighten difficult days and also to be a part of joyful celebrations.We continue to donate Hearts of Hope wherever and whenever we can.
We are also part of the i=change initiative and a dollar from every sale goes toward either Educating Girls, Protecting Women or Empowering with Literacy - you can choose which one you'd like your dollar to go to.
Our Hearts of Hope are also packed by an Australian not for profit organisation employing intellectually disabled individuals. Doing this gives these beautiful people a sense of pride and purpose and enables them to to contribute in a huge way to our production and being able to give back.
HOW DO I ORDER MY HEARTS OF HOPE
Hearts of Hope can be ordered and paid for via our website. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and AfterPay.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! We love making custom orders! If you have a theme or colour you would like we can probably do it. For orders of 100 Hearts of Hope or more we can also customise your card with your logo, brand colours, hashtag or message. Reach out HERE and lets get started on your custom order.

Yes! Provided your charity is legitimate and can be verified, we love to make Hearts of Hope for charities and for their fundraising activities and events. DO YOU SELL HEARTS OF HOPE FOR FUNDRAISING?

HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
Our products are not mass produced. Each heart is handmade with a lot of love and care. For this reason it might take us a day or two longer to ship your order. We usually process orders within 2-4 working days although larger orders can take up to a week and custom orders with printed cards can take up to a month.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Your order may be changed within six hours of placing it. Let us know of your change HERE Unfortunately you may not cancel your order. Art of Hope reserves the right to cancel any order and refund your money.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia and New Zealand wide for orders over $65. If your order is below $65 we offer a flat rate shipping price of $9.95 Your order is generally shipped within two to four working days (allow up to a week for larger orders and two to four weeks for custom orders). Once you have placed your order, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. We ship through Australia Post and you can track your order HERE At this stage we only ship within Australia, New Zealand and USA.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT. ARE YOU ABLE TO GIFT WRAP IT AND INCLUDE A NOTE FROM ME?
Yes! We love sending gifts to people. You can add on a suede envelope gift pouch or have it beautifully gift-wrapped. Just select the option you'd like when you check out and if there is a short message you want to include let us know what you’d like it to say remembering to include the recipient's name and the gifter's name.
WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY WHEN I PURCHASE FROM YOU?
Art of Hope really values your privacy and will not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties unless required to do so by law. We will also not send you emails unless you have opted in or subscribed to our list. If you believe we have sent you an email in error please just let us know and we will rectify it.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY AROUND EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS?
All our products are all made by hand so on occasion they might have a slight imperfection. We view this as part of the beauty of a handmade piece but if you are not entirely happy with your products returns are accepted for refund, credit or exchange.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order
Returned merchandise must be unused and still in original packaging Any merchandise that has been used or damaged may not be returned.
Before returning any merchandise, please inform us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you should hear back from us within 48 hours.
Once you have approval to return your merchandise, please return it to us at PO Box 6465 Alexandria, NSW, 2015.
Please note, we do not cover the cost of postage for returns.
CAN I USE A DESIGN, PHOTOGRAPH OR IMAGE FROM ART OF HOPE'S WEBSITE?
No. Art of Hope takes its intellectual property very seriously. The copyright of all designs, all website copy, all photographs, logos and images remain the property of Art of Hope and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or transmitted electronically without permission from Art of Hope.
DO YOU WHOLESALE?
Currently we don't operate a wholesale model however our pricing is tiered offering substantial discounts for bulk purchases which seem to work really well for some retail outlets.
DO YOU HAVE STOCKISTS?
