SHIPPING & RETURNS

 PROCESSING TIME
  • All products are handmade.  We usually process orders within 2-4 working days and larger orders might take a week. Custom orders can take up to a month.
 SHIPPING
  • We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 (Express not included), and for orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping Worldwide.
  • Shipping is from Sydney and made through Australia Parcel Post 
  • You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track it through www.auspost.com.au/track 
  • Estimated shipping times:
          NSW/VIC: 2 - 3 days
          QLD/SA/NT/WA: 4 - 7 days
          NEW ZEALAND: 3 - 10 days
          USA/CANADA: 4 -21 days
  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery times of 6 to 14 business days are between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our control. 
  • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery times of 2 to 6 business days are between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our control.
  • Orders are generally processed within 2-4 days although larger orders might take up to seven working days.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once your order has been dispatched. 
PAYMENT
  • Payment can be made online through PayPal, AfterPay and by credit card only. 
RETURNS
  • Returns are accepted for refund, credit or exchange.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order
  • Returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged, still in original packaging and with all tags still attached. Any merchandise that has been used may not be returned.

  • Change of Mind – If you have purchased an item and you are not happy with the item, you may exchange the item or obtain a store credit within 30 days of purchase.

  • Cancelling an order -  Art of Hope reserves the right to cancel any order and refund your money. If we decide to cancel an order and issue a refund, all refunds will be credited to the initial form of payment, less the shipping fee (if any), and we reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee as we would have already been charged for the transaction costs.

  • Before returning any merchandise, please inform us by sending an email to ruth@artofhope.com.au and you should hear back from us within 48 hours.

  • Once you have approval to return your merchandise, please return it to us at:

  • We do not cover the cost of postage for returns.
  • Sale items may not be returned and we do not offer a refund on sale items.
