PROCESSING TIME

All products are handmade. We usually process orders within 2-4 working days and larger orders might take a week. Custom orders can take up to a month.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $65 otherwise its a FLAT RATE of $9.95 (Express not included).
Shipping is from Sydney and made through Australia Parcel Post
You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track it through www.auspost.com.au/track
Estimated shipping times:

NSW/VIC - 2-3 days

QLD/SA/NT/WA - 4-7 days

NZ - 7-10 days

USA - 10-14 days

Orders are generally processed within 2-4 days although larger orders might take up to seven working days.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once your order has been dispatched.

PAYMENT

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for refund, credit or exchange.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order
Returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged, still in original packaging and with all tags still attached. Any merchandise that has been used may not be returned.
Before returning any merchandise, please inform us by sending an email to ruth@artofhope.com.au and you should hear back from us within 48 hours.
