- Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. They are handmade so sometimes take a bit longer to make and ship. Larger orders might take up to 7 working days to ship and custom orders take between 2-4 weeks.
- Although our Hearts of Hope pass through strict quality control on occasion there might be slight imperfections. We like to think of this as part of the beauty of a handmade piece however if you are not entirely satisfied with any of your hearts please do let us know and we are happy to replace them.
If your order is for a gift, add your message at the cart and we will include a handwritten note and wrap it for the recipient.
