• Our Hearts of Hope are all hand crafted and not mass produced and although we try to ensure each one is perfect and each one goes through strict quality control, on the rare occasion they might have a slight imperfection that we have missed - we like to think that is part of the beauty of a handmade piece but if you are not happy with it we will gladly replace it.
