Early Childhood Educators' Day is held on the first Wednesday of September each year. In 2026 that is Wednesday 2 September 2026. It is an initiative of the Australian Childcare Alliance, and it is celebrated in long day care, family day care, kindergartens and preschools right across Australia.
It is the one day of the year set aside to say thank you to the people who look after our littlest learners. Whether you are a parent thanking one educator, or a centre director buying for a team of thirty, every Heart of Hope is unique. No two educators get the same one, which is the point.
What do you give an early childhood educator?

How much do Early Childhood Educators' Day gifts cost?
Single Hearts of Hope are $8.95 each, plus shipping. Bundles bring the price per heart down, starting at $26.50 for three and reaching $7.66 per heart on a bundle of 30. Shipping is free on all orders over $100.
Can you supply gifts for a whole centre or a large team?
Yes. Most of our Educators' Day orders come from centre directors buying for a full team, and our bundles run up to 30 hearts. If you need a larger quantity, or your centre's own name and message printed on the cards, please get in touch about a custom order.
